Sales of Luxury Residential Properties Continue to Be Strong, Recording 152% Year-on-year

A new monthly luxury report from Coldwell Banker Realty found that luxury home sales on Oahu rose 52% in January compared to the same month in 2021.
 
Single-family homes and condos sold for $2 million or more in both January 2021 and January 2022 will be more than 35 luxury homes were sold, compared with 23 in 2018.
